Flow Settings

Flow Name

The name of the flow can be changed on the Flow Settings page, this is used in the web browser title when playing a flow.

Theme

Select the Theme from which styles are inherited. Each flow can only use one Theme, so make sure all styles for a flow are in one Theme.

Note: Flow Steps can only select Scenes with the same Theme as the Flow, so check that the Flow and Scene are using the same Theme.

Home Button URL

Set the home URL for the home button that is shown when playing a flow. This allows the user to go to another flow or even your website.

Google Analytics Measurement Id

Add your analytics tracking number here to allow anonymous tracking of user interactions when playing a flow. You will see which Flows, Scenes, and Flow Steps are interacted with.

Publishing

Make changes to your flows and preview them before making your changes live. Publishing flows provides you two versions for your flows, so you can quickly modify your flows, themes, and scenes without disrupting the published version.

You can unpublish a flow at any time to remove it.

QR Codes

Download a QR Code and distribute it with your customers and users, so they can quickly scan the code and get instantly directed to a flow.

These codes can be added to your websites, printed media, and more.

Version History

We store a history of versions for all flows, this allows you to quickly see when the flow was last modified, by who, and gives you the option to revert your flow to a point in time.
